COVID-19 Notice

WE ARE IMPLEMENTING CURBSIDE PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF

Please call our main line at 715-386-3511 when you arrive in the parking lot and we will work with you to get your pet’s needs serviced.

We are continuing curbside service for our patient appointments. Please continue to call the clinic when you arrive and we will be out to assist you as soon as we can. We are asking anyone coming to the clinic for an appointment or to pick up food/meds/products, please have a mask on.

Thank you and we hope you and your furry pets are doing well.

**We are also continuing to be closed on Saturdays until further notice.

Saturday Closure

Until further notice we will be closed on Saturdays. We will remain open regular business hours Monday through Friday. Once we are through the COVID-19 restrictions, we will re-open on Saturdays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

As a reminder it is essential that anyone tested positive for COVID-19, is displaying symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, or shortness of breath) and/or who has traveled in the last 14 days to please reschedule your appointment for a later date.

As of this date (4/16/20) we have had no known exposure to COVID-19.

If you are able to email or call the clinic for your prescription and food needs to allow us time to get it ready for you, that would be very helpful.

We continue to remain open, this week our clinic will be closed on Saturday, April 11th. We are evaluating our hours of operation on a week-by-week basis. Our intent is to continue to remain open regular business hours with some slight modifications to maintain the health and wellness of our hospital staff. As of this date (4/8/2020) we have had no known exposure to COVID-19.

Please make sure you prepare yourself for our Saturday closure and have any medication or food needs picked up by 5:00 pm Friday afternoon. We will then re-open Monday morning, April 13th at 8:00 a.m. If you are able to email or call the clinic for your prescription and food needs to allow us time to get it ready for you, that would be very helpful.

We want to assure you of our commitment to keeping our hospital open and providing excellent care for your pets. As of this date (3/23/20), we have had no known exposure to the virus in our facility. However, given the evolving circumstances with the COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions to help insure a safe and healthy environment for our clients, their pets, and our hospital staff.

It is essential that anyone tested positive for COVID-19, is displaying symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, or shortness of breath) and/or who has traveled internationally in the last 14 days to please reschedule your appointment for a later date.

  • To utilize curbside service. Please call our main line 715-386-3511 when you arrive in the parking lot and we will come to you and get your pet for the exam. For your convenience, we will take information regarding history and concerns over the phone at the time of your arrival or at the car (weather permitting). We will continue to communicate via phone regarding treatment and/or results.
  • End of life appointments – we will escort you and your loved one directly into the exam room.
  • Emergencies will be assessed immediately upon arrival. Please call ahead, if at all possible, so we know to expect you and can prepare.
  • We strongly encourage you to call ahead (1 day if at all possible) for all medication and food refills. We ask you call again when you have arrived in the parking lot and we will use the same process as pet exams.
