COVID-19 Notice


Please call our main line at 715-386-3511 when you arrive in the parking lot and we will work with you to get your pet’s needs serviced.

We want to assure you of our commitment to keeping our hospital open and providing excellent care for your pets. As of this date (3/23/20), we have had no known exposure to the virus in our facility. However, given the evolving circumstances with the COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions to help insure a safe and healthy environment for our clients, their pets, and our hospital staff.

It is essential that anyone tested positive for COVID-19, is displaying symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, or shortness of breath) and/or who has traveled internationally in the last 14 days to please reschedule your appointment for a later date.

  • To utilize curbside service. Please call our main line 715-386-3511 when you arrive in the parking lot and we will come to you and get your pet for the exam. For your convenience, we will take information regarding history and concerns over the phone at the time of your arrival or at the car (weather permitting). We will continue to communicate via phone regarding treatment and/or results.
  • End of life appointments – we will escort you and your loved one directly into the exam room.
  • Emergencies will be assessed immediately upon arrival. Please call ahead, if at all possible, so we know to expect you and can prepare.
  • We strongly encourage you to call ahead (1 day if at all possible) for all medication and food refills. We ask you call again when you have arrived in the parking lot and we will use the same process as pet exams.
